Troubleshooting and security support

Use these steps when the Quoin Data connector cannot authenticate, cannot access a subscription, reaches a limit, or reports a temporary service problem.

Start free

Reconnect OAuth and expired sessions

Remove or disconnect Quoin Data in the MCP client, add the production endpoint again, and complete the browser sign-in with the same Quoin account. Never paste a bearer token into chat, email, or a public configuration file.

HTTP and access errors

  • 401 unauthorized: reconnect the connector and complete WorkOS sign-in again.
  • 403 subscription_required: open your Quoin account, confirm the subscription state, and add or update billing only if access has paused.
  • 429 too_many_requests: wait briefly, reduce repeated or concurrent requests, and retry.
  • 503 service_unavailable: the service or entitlement store is temporarily unavailable; wait and retry without changing credentials.

Subscription access

A subscription_required response means the signed-in Quoin account does not currently have product access. This can happen after a cardless trial pauses, a paid period ends, or a payment grace period expires. The connector cannot start a purchase or change billing. Sign in to the Quoin website separately to review the account, or contact support if the status appears wrong.

Unexpected or empty property results

  • Resolve the property identity before requesting facts, using the official SSL when available.
  • An empty linked-record result means no record was loaded for the named frozen source release; it does not prove that no public record exists.
  • Preserve exact, shared-building, premise, and proximity scope when interpreting connected records.

Support and security reports

For account, connector, or billing support, email [email protected] with the approximate time, client name, tool name, and the error shown. Do not include passwords, tokens, payment details, or unnecessary personal data.

  • Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to [email protected] with “Security report” in the subject.
  • Include reproduction steps and affected URLs, but do not access or alter data that is not yours.
  • Quoin Data will acknowledge actionable security reports and coordinate remediation privately.
