Connect Quoin Data to Claude
Claude can connect to Quoin Data as a remote, authenticated MCP server. The production endpoint exposes 15 bounded read-only tools for Washington, D.C. property accounts.
Start freeAdd the custom connector
In Claude, open Customize, choose Connectors, select the plus button, then choose Add custom connector. Name it Quoin Data, paste the endpoint below, and select Add. Claude supports custom connectors on Free, Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise plans; Free accounts can add one custom connector. Team and Enterprise owners manage organization connectors.

- The server name is dc-property-records and the production version is 0.4.10.
- The tool catalog contains exactly 15 read-only tools.
- There is no Recorder of Deeds tool in the catalog. Deed and sale context comes from assessor records, and citations route you to the Recorder’s official portal for verification.
