Access and coverage

Where is Quoin Data live?

Current production coverage is Washington, D.C. Property-tax accounts provide the identity spine; connected records include taxes, assessments, deeds and sales, permits, licenses, inspections, building details, and energy benchmarks.

Is the API self-service?

No. MCP access is available through the individual plan; API and organization access are available by request.

What does Quoin cost?

The individual plan is $199 per month after one eligible 30-day trial. No card is required to start. API and organization access are priced by request.

Facts and verification

Does Quoin provide title conclusions?

No. The service does not determine title, lien priority, current loan balance, zoning compliance, appraisal value, or a lending decision.

What does an empty result mean?

It means no linked record was loaded for the relevant frozen source release, not that no public record exists.

How should a source be shown?

Use the display-ready official source route and exact lookup instructions returned with sourced facts.

Support and security

Where should I report a connector problem?

Use the troubleshooting guide, then email [email protected] with the approximate time, client, and request ID. Never send passwords, tokens, or payment details.

How do I report a security issue?

Email [email protected] privately with “Security report” in the subject, reproduction steps, and affected URLs. Do not access or alter data that is not yours.
