When to use it

Use for current owner and mailing data with source-preserving quality flags. Sale history is intentionally returned by get_latest_sale_and_deed to avoid duplicate payloads.

Use for current reported ownership and mailing context. Call get_latest_sale_and_deed separately for assessor sale history and latest deed fields.

Input contract

These inputs and limits are pinned to the production v0.4.10 server contract. Omitted optional values use the documented defaults.

Response and verification

Successful sourced responses preserve effective dates, typed null meaning, source references, quality flags, and exact-versus-contextual property-link scope.
