THE BIGGER PICTURE
The question often begins in the AI tool you already use. Quoin’s MCP offering connects that workflow to property data acquired from original sources. The opportunity is more than retrieving a field: give the assistant relevant evidence to compare, summarize, and reason over while keeping the original record distinct from the generated answer.
Give the question a precise subject
Begin with the property, parcel, or business question you want to investigate. An address can describe several buildings or parcels, and the same organization may appear under different recorded names. Establish the intended subject before asking the assistant to compare records or draw conclusions. During setup, confirm which entities, fields, and markets are accessible to your tool.
Carry evidence into the answer
A useful response explains which record supports a statement and when that observation applies. Ask the assistant to distinguish a recorded event from a calculation or interpretation, and to identify missing evidence. MCP provides a connection between tools; it does not make a model’s reasoning correct or resolve a contradiction in the underlying records.
Scope the connection around your workflow
Discuss the compatible client, access requirements, permitted uses, and the questions your team needs to answer. Validate the connection with representative tasks before expanding its role in a workflow. Available tools and client behavior should be confirmed during setup. Contact Quoin for setup instructions for your AI client and current access requirements.
YOUR RESEARCH AGENDA
Identify the AI client and property research task.
Confirm coverage, access, and permitted use.
Review a representative question and its supporting records.
Agree how your team will inspect and use the answers.
GO A LEVEL DEEPER
Questions worth asking.
How do we start?+
Ask Quoin about MCP access with the client you use and a representative research question. Setup details depend on the supported environment and agreed data scope.
Can I use the same data in an application?+
Discuss API access when the consuming system is an application or internal service. MCP and API access serve different workflows; confirm their respective permissions and scope.
